Refund policy

Exchange/Refund Policy: 

We do not accept returns/refunds. However, we have a 7 day exchange policy for items that arrive defective or if you received an item you did not order. This means you have 7 days after receiving the item to request an exchange or notify us of an issue with your order. Again, we only accept exchanges or refunds for items that arrive defective or if you received an item you did not order. If an item was labeled as a preorder when you placed your order, we cannot do an exchange on it. If your item arrives defective or incorrect, please email us immediately with pictures attached at hello@shopnextchapter.com. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Items listed in the "Sale" and "Almost Perfect" sections of our website are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Items labeled as "Preorder" also cannot be exchanged. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
