• How should I contact you regarding my order or other product questions?  

Please reach out to us through email: hello@shopnextchapter.com. Many try to reach out to us through social media, however, our DM's are not always closely monitored and sometimes we take extended breaks from social media. Our email account is always closely monitored and we respond very quickly. 

• When will I receive my order? 

Items typically take 5-7 business days to ship to you if you are located in the US. However, shipping times may vary depending on the destination address and potential labor shortages occurring with major mail carriers. We do not ship on Sundays or holidays. 

• How should I wash my clothing?  

Our general instructions include the following: Machine wash in cold water, inside out. Lay flat to dry then tumble for a few minutes to zap wrinkles. Following these instructions will preserve the integrity of any garment, regardless of the material or how it was constructed.  

• My package says "delivered" but I did not receive it. What should I do? 

Next Chapter is not responsible for packages that have been lost, stolen, or mis-delivered by the mail carrier. However, we know firsthand how frustrating it can be to not receive a package. Be sure to check with neighbors and your local post office first. If your package still does not turn up, be sure to file a claim with the mail carrier so that you can get your money back through them. In most cases, we ship with USPS and UPS. 

• Can I cancel or change my order?  

To cancel or change your order, you must contact us within 2 hours after placing your order by emailing us at hello@shopnextchapter.com. Unless an order contains an item labeled as a preorder, we typically ship out very quickly, and once the packaging process starts, we cannot cancel or change it. 

• What is your general sizing info? 

In order to be as size inclusive as possible, we offer clothing that has a truly oversized fit. Most of our clothing fits those who are between a true-to-size XS-4XL. Because our items are truly oversized, we recommend ordering your true-to-size or in some cases, sizing down. All our items are pre-shrunk, so there's no need to worry about major shrinking. Most of our product listings have sizing info and measurement charts, so be sure to check those out as well!

• Is your bookish merch officially licensed?

Yes! All of our fandom-related merchandise is officially licensed by the authors of the books. You can learn more about this on our Officially Licensed Book Merch page.
