• When will I receive my order? 

Items typically take 5-7 business days to ship to you if you are located in the US. However, shipping times may vary depending on the destination address and potential labor shortages occurring with major mail carriers. We do not ship on Sundays or holidays. 

• How should I wash my clothing?  

Our general instructions include the following: Machine wash in cold water, inside out. Lay flat to dry then tumble for a few minutes to zap wrinkles. Following these instructions will preserve the integrity of any garment.  

• My package says "delivered" but I did not receive it. What should I do? 

Next Chapter is not responsible for packages that have been lost, stolen, or mis-delivered by the mail carrier. However, we know firsthand how frustrating it can be to not receive a package. Be sure to check with neighbors and your local post office first. If your package still does not turn up, be sure to file a claim with the mail carrier so that you can get your money back through them. In most cases, we ship with USPS. 

• Can I cancel or change my order?  

To cancel or change your order, you must contact us within 2 hours after placing your order by emailing us at nextchaptershop1@gmail.com. We ship items out very quickly, and once the packaging process starts, we cannot cancel or change it.
