  • When will I receive my order? 

Items typically take 5-7 business days to ship to you. However, shipping times may vary depending on the destination address and potential labor shortages occurring with major mail carriers. Some specialty items, such as those that are embroidered can have a longer processing/shipping time. We do not ship on Sundays or holidays. Please check our policies page for more information on processing times. 

  • How should I wash my clothing?  

Our general instructions include the following: Machine wash cold inside out on delicate cycle. Lay flat to dry then tumble for a few minutes to zap wrinkles. Following these instructions will preserve the integrity of any garment. 

  • I ordered multiple items but didn't receive them all. Where are they?

Please keep in mind that orders containing multiple items are *occasionally* split into multiple packages. 

  • My package says "delivered" but I did not receive it. What should I do? 

Next Chapter is not responsible for packages that have been lost, stolen, or mis-delivered by the mail carrier. However, we know firsthand how frustrating it can be to not receive a package. Be sure to check with neighbors and your local post office first. If your package still does not turn up, be sure to file a claim with the mail carrier so that you can get your money back through them. In most cases, we ship with USPS. 

  • Can I cancel or change my order?  

To cancel or change your order, you must contact us within 2 hours after placing your order by emailing us at nextchaptershop1@gmail.com. Once the production of your item begins, we cannot cancel or change it. 

 

 Another note: 

Unfortunately, our boutique items (all items that do not feature a custom design) currently only ship to U.S. residents. All other items, such as t-shirts and sweatshirts featuring custom designs ship to a majority of countries around the world! If you live outside of the United States and encounter difficulties at checkout, please reach out to us as we would be happy to help! :)
